‘Pre Paint’ means using the latest technology and equipment to ensure the finish your clients expect is the one we deliver.

Timber weatherboards
Linea weatherboards
Scotia & architraves
Soffits
Fascia
Internal & external wooden doors

All ‘Pre Painted’ product comes fully warrantied by our paint suppliers, as well as our own comprehensive quality guarantee. All product is painted, dried and carefully wrapped before being delivered to site. This preserves the finish from the elements and other building activity until it is installed. Once fixed we fill, sand nail holes, prime galvanised corners and gap the boards. Once this is done all areas disturbed by this work get re-coated. Then a final coat is applied with a spray or roller finish.

Davinci Group can supply ‘Pre Painted’ soffits and fascia, to complement the exterior painting. We can also paint internal doors off site, achieving a far superior finish. We are able to achieve site delivery turnaround times of under 5 days from the date of product delivery to our factory and on bigger runs are able to deliver the product on an as needed basis to prevent any damage or exposure from too much on site at a time.

We organise delivery from our factory to your site, making sure you have what you need, delivered when you need it, while ensuring the quality of the finish is second to none.

Benefits of ‘Pre Paint’ on external cladding:

No delays.
Boards are delivered dry to our controlled environment and painted in controlled conditions, meaning the all-important first coats are superior to those achieved when painting a house in the conventional manner.

No shrinkage.
With timber weatherboards, all occurrences of board shrinkage due to wet boards being fixed then painted are removed, so there is no chance of having to repaint.

Faster finishing.
Weather dependency is reduced as we can complete the on-site finishing of the painting in as little as 2 days, potentially saving weeks on the average timber weatherboard house during winter.

Reduced scaffold costs.
The shorter time required to paint once fixed means scaffolding can be removed sooner. On a standard house this could save $500 to $700 per week or more.

Protected boards.
Boards are delivered with two coats to site, wrapped and protected, so they are in great condition before fixing and have protection against the elements before final coats are applied.

Extended warranties.
All paintwork is fully warrantied by our preferred paint suppliers, and in most cases we can arrange an extended warranty of 15 years.

Satisfaction guaranteed.
We provide our own guarantee, working with you to ensure that at the  completion of the job you are 100% satisfied.

Comparable or lower cost.
Costs are similar or lower than painting boards in place, and when factoring in savings on scaffolding, reduced weather delays, and no repainting, the overall cost can be much cheaper.
